Reclaiming Your Spiritual Voice
Let go of what’s not yours. Come home to what is.
You’re allowed to question. You’re allowed to grieve. And you’re allowed to find your way back to something deeper on your own terms.
This course isn’t about throwing everything out. It’s about pausing long enough to ask,
What do I actually believe? What feels true in my body now? What am I ready to release?
Whether you’re unraveling religious trauma or simply searching for a more honest connection with the sacred, this is a safe space to be curious, to heal, and to begin again. Through guided sessions, gentle exploration, and community support, you'll reclaim your spiritual voice and rediscover what aligns with your soul.
You don’t need to have the answers. Just the courage to begin.
Three 90 minute group sessions and three private 1:1 sessions.
Open to clients 18+ and limited to 8 participants
Cost $222 and classes meet October 1, 15, 29
What to expect
-
Most of us learned early that certain thoughts weren't safe to say out loud, especially about faith. Doubt got treated like failure. Questions got treated like the first step toward losing something precious. So we learned to keep the real version quiet, even from ourselves.
This is where that changes. You'll be invited to name your doubts, your questions, your grief, without being asked to defend them or resolve them into something tidy. No labels required, no conclusions expected. Just an honest, unhurried space to say what's actually true for you, maybe for the first time out loud.
-
It's hard to know what's really yours until you understand where it came from. Together we'll look at how religious systems take shape, historically, culturally, and psychologically, and how those systems shaped the beliefs you were handed. This isn't an academic exercise. It's a way of separating what was given to you from what you actually chose, so you can see more clearly what's worth keeping and what was never really yours to begin with.
-
Many of us inherited a religious framework without ever being invited to question, explore, or redefine it. This is a compassionate space to do exactly that.
In our sessions together, you'll create space for your honest experience, naming your doubts or past wounds without pressure to take on labels. We'll look at how religious systems are shaped historically, culturally, and psychologically, so you can understand where your beliefs came from and how they've shaped you. Through guided reflection and embodied practice, you'll begin to reconnect with your own spiritual autonomy, discerning what feels true and aligned for you now. And through group sharing, you'll find you're not as alone in this as it can feel.
Whether you walk away with a reimagined version of faith, a new path entirely, or simply more peace with not knowing, this course is here to support your return to yourself.
-
Deconstruction can feel like the loneliest thing you've ever done, especially when the people around you are still inside the framework you're questioning. Group sharing and support are here to change that. As you listen to others tell their own version of this story and share yours in return, you'll start to notice the threads that run underneath all of it. You are not the only one who has felt this. You are not as alone in this as it has felt.
-
There's no single destination this course is trying to lead you toward. That's worth saying plainly, because so much of what made the original framework hard to question was the sense that there was only one right answer, one right way to believe, one right outcome to land on.
Here, the outcome is yours to define. You might walk away with a reimagined version of the faith you were raised in, one that finally feels chosen instead of inherited. You might walk away on an entirely different path, one you couldn't have named before you gave yourself permission to look. Or you might walk away without any of it fully resolved, and find that the not knowing itself feels more peaceful than the certainty ever did.
All of those are valid endings. None of them are the point. The point is coming back to yourself, to your own voice, your own discernment, your own relationship with what's sacred, built on your terms instead of someone else's. This course isn't here to hand you a new belief system to replace the old one. It's here to walk beside you while you find your way back to the one thing that was always yours to define: what you actually believe, and why.
