Usui Reiki Level I & Level II
Level 1 connects you to Universal Life Source Energy. This course includes your first level energy activations and instructions on how to give healing to yourself and others. You learn ways to treat each aspect of the physical, mental, emotional, and spirit/energy bodies. Level 2 allows for distance healing and amplifies your healing energy. Three group sessions plus private attunements for both levels are scheduled individually. Includes course workbook. Age 18+
Space is limited to 6 participants.
Certification: Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive Reiki Practitioner Level I and Level II certification.

Master Level Reiki
Course Description: Become a certified Usui Reiki Master and take your energy healing skills to the highest level. In this transformative course, you will deepen your understanding of Reiki, learn advanced techniques, and gain the ability to attune others to this powerful healing modality. This course is designed for individuals who have successfully completed Reiki Levels I & II and are ready to unlock the full potential of their Reiki practice.

Advanced Reiki Symbols: Explore and master two sacred Reiki symbols reserved for the Master Level, each with unique healing properties and applications. Discover how these symbols can enhance your healing sessions and empower your practice.
Animal Reiki: Learn how to apply the principles of Reiki to our animal companions. Understand the unique needs and energies of animals and gain the skills to provide healing and support to them. This segment of the course emphasizes compassion, communication, and ethical considerations when working with animals.
Crystals in Reiki: Explore the synergy between Reiki energy and crystals. Discover how to select, cleanse, and charge crystals for use in your healing sessions. Enhance the flow of energy and deepen your connection with the universal life force by incorporating crystals into your Reiki practice.
Attunement Mastery: Gain the knowledge and experience necessary to attune others to Reiki energy. Understand the responsibilities and ethical considerations that come with this privilege. Practice the attunement process to prepare you for sharing Reiki with new practitioners.
Small Class Size: This course offers an intimate and focused learning environment, limited to a maximum of four participants. This ensures personalized attention and ample opportunities for hands-on practice and individualized guidance.

Deconstructing Religion: Reclaiming Your Spiritual Voice
The process of deconstructing religious beliefs is not about rejecting spirituality, it’s about reclaiming it on your own terms. Many of us inherited a religious framework without ever being invited to question, explore, or redefine it. This course is a compassionate space to do just that.
Whether you’re navigating religious trauma, spiritual confusion, or simply feeling disconnected from inherited traditions, this journey can help you shed what no longer serves and rediscover what’s meaningful for you. Deconstruction can open the door to deeper self-trust, freedom, and clarity in your beliefs and values.
In this course, you will:
Create space for your honest experience. You'll be invited to name your doubts, questions, or past wounds without pressure to land on answers or take on labels. This is your space to explore with curiosity and kindness.
Understand the roots of belief. We’ll explore how religious systems are shaped historically, culturally, and psychologically to better understand where our beliefs come from and how they’ve impacted us.
Reconnect with your spiritual autonomy. Through guided reflections and embodied practices, you’ll begin to discern what feels true and aligned for you now.
Participate in healing dialogue. Group sharing and support will help you feel less alone. As you listen to others and share your own story, you’ll find common threads and gain new insights.
Redefine your relationship with spirituality. Whether you walk away with a reimagined version of faith, a new path entirely, or simply more peace with not knowing, this course is here to support your return to yourself.

Inner Child Healing: the Mother Wound & Beyond
This course is an invitation to reconnect with the parts of yourself that were shaped in childhood. While many people carry wounds from their mothers, healing often goes deeper involving our fathers, siblings, or other early caregivers. These relationships form the foundation of how we see ourselves, and when they include neglect, criticism, or unmet needs, they leave imprints that echo through adulthood.
Through open dialogue, guided reflection, tools, and practices, you’ll learn to:
Recognize and understand your inner child’s unmet needs.
Explore the mother wound while also addressing father wounds, sibling dynamics, and other early influences.
Release inherited patterns and generational pain.
Reclaim your voice, your worth, and your authentic self.
This is not about reliving every painful memory but about creating space for compassion, healing, and transformation. By embracing the child within, you’ll begin to dissolve the old stories that no longer serve you and step into a new relationship with yourself, one rooted in love, freedom, and wholeness.
