This course is for understanding the mother wound, how it affects us, and how to heal from the trauma. Each session will include open dialogue, educational content, journaling prompts. Three sessions lasting about 90 minutes each, plus three individual check-in sessions.

This is a one on one course to understanding the mother wound, how it affects us, and how to heal from the trauma. This is typically over 6 weeks and includes three coaching sessions and three check in appointments. Each coaching session will include open dialogue, educational content, and journaling prompts.

  • Week one- coaching session- 60 minutes

  • Week two- check in- 15 minutes

  • Week three coaching session- 60 minutes

  • Week four- check in- 15 minutes

  • Week five- coaching session- 60 minutes

  • Week six- check in- 15 minutes

The process of deconstructing religious beliefs is not about rejecting spirituality, it’s about reclaiming it on your own terms. Many of us inherited a religious framework without ever being invited to question, explore, or redefine it. This course is a compassionate space to do just that.

Whether you’re navigating religious trauma, spiritual confusion, or simply feeling disconnected from inherited traditions, this journey can help you shed what no longer serves and rediscover what’s meaningful for you. Deconstruction can open the door to deeper self-trust, freedom, and clarity in your beliefs and values.

In this course, you will:

  • Create space for your honest experience. You'll be invited to name your doubts, questions, or past wounds without pressure to land on answers or take on labels. This is your space to explore with curiosity and kindness.

  • Understand the roots of belief. We’ll explore how religious systems are shaped historically, culturally, and psychologically to better understand where our beliefs come from and how they’ve impacted us.

  • Reconnect with your spiritual autonomy. Through guided reflections and embodied practices, you’ll begin to discern what feels true and aligned for you now.

  • Participate in healing dialogue. Group sharing and support will help you feel less alone. As you listen to others and share your own story, you’ll find common threads and gain new insights.

  • Redefine your relationship with spirituality. Whether you walk away with a reimagined version of faith, a new path entirely, or simply more peace with not knowing, this course is here to support your return to yourself.

Usui Reiki Level I & Level II

Level 1 connects you to Universal Life Source Energy. This course includes your first level energy activations and instructions on how to give healing to yourself and others. You learn ways to treat each aspect of the physical, mental, emotional, and spirit/energy bodies. Level 2 allows for distance healing and amplifies your healing energy. Three sessions for three hours each plus private attunements for both levels are scheduled individually , as well as a final evaluation. Age 18+
