I believe spirituality is deeply personal. My role as a spiritual guide isn’t to tell you what to believe or what your spiritual path should look like. It’s to create a space where you can ask questions, explore what feels true for you, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

As a spiritual guide and Reiki practitioner, I work with people who are seeking a deeper connection to themselves, to God, Creator, Source, or whatever language feels meaningful to them. For some, that means exploring beliefs they’ve carried for years. For others, it means reimagining their spiritual life after questioning or outgrowing what they were taught. And for some, it simply means creating more intention, connection, and meaning in their everyday lives.

That same philosophy is at the heart of all the work I do. You don’t have to believe what I believe. You get to discover what feels true and sacred to you.

My work draws from years of experience in spiritual coaching, energy healing, meditation, mindfulness, and the study of different spiritual and healing traditions. I continue to learn, question, and evolve in my own spirituality too. I don’t believe being a spiritual guide means having all the answers. I believe it means being willing to sit with the questions.

I also serve as an officiant for weddings, vow renewals, house blessings, funerals, and other meaningful life moments. Each ceremony is created around the people I’m serving, honoring their beliefs, values, relationships, and stories rather than asking them to fit into a particular religious tradition.

Outside of my work, I find much of my own connection through nature, gardening, reading, meditation, and the ordinary moments of life. I live in Southern California with my husband, Louie, and continue to explore what it means to live a life that feels authentic, connected, and spiritually my own.
