Nobody taught us how to grieve. They taught us how to move on. There's a difference.
This month at Mindful Gathering we're going into grief, not to fix it, not to rush through it, but to name it, honor it, and learn to carry it with grace.
Grief isn't only about death. It lives in the transitions and the relationships that changed. The mother wound. The dream that didn't go the way you planned. The version of you that had to be left behind.
Grief doesn't ask to be fixed, it asks to be carried. With honest, with compassion, and with grace.
